Andria Kahmann

Ms. Kahmann is a 35-year veteran real estate agent with the Montecito office of national brokerage firm Douglas Elliman. She specializes in both residential and commercial property brokerage, connecting buyers and sellers of luxury homes, estates, land, and commercial properties throughout California. In 2020, she facilitated Westmont College’s purchase of a three-story building in the heart of Santa Barbara’s Central Business District, which will support the continued growth of the campus programs. In addition to her real state license, she holds a degree in psychology from UCLA.
