Adam Gelb currently serves as the President & CEO of the Council on Criminal Justice since 2019. Adam previously held leadership positions in various organizations such as The Pew Charitable Trusts, Georgia Council on Substance Abuse, Georgia Governor's Office, and Maryland Lt. Governor's Office. Gelb also has experience working in government entities and media outlets. Adam holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and History from the University of Virginia. Adam's work focuses on advancing criminal justice policy and consensus-building in the field.
