Jay Mattison

Jay Mattison is the Chief Executive Officer of National DHIA, overseeing the organization's efforts in total quality management and trade association services for dairy herd and cattle information since February 2003. In addition to this role, Mattison has served as President, Vice-President, and Board Member for the International Committee on Animal Recording since 2006, focusing on standards and certifications in the livestock and companion animal sectors. Furthermore, Mattison has held leadership positions, including Chair and Vice-Chair, at the Council on Dairy Cattle Breeding since 2004, where efforts are directed towards transitioning the U.S. industry. Jay Mattison completed educational studies at Iowa State University from 1976 to 1983.
