Harman Singh

Harman Singh is a Research Analyst at CEEW, focusing on market-based climate policy instruments in India. Previously, Harman worked as a Junior Research Assistant at Clingendael Institute and Planetary Security Initiative, and as a Research Intern at Climate Group and The Dialogue. Singh holds a Master's degree from Leiden University and a Bachelor's degree from O.P. Jindal Global University.
