Anne Healy is a professional with extensive experience in foreign affairs and policy-related disciplines. Currently serving as the Special Assistant to the Vice President at the Council on Foreign Relations since January 2021, Anne previously held roles including Program Associate at the Modernizing Foreign Assistance Network and various internships with the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Department of State. Anne's background also includes a position as an Admissions Fellow at Rhodes College and internships at Deloitte and the City of Memphis. Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Rhodes College and is pursuing a Master of Arts in International Relations at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, expected to complete in May 2026.
