Matt R.

Matt R. has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Matt is the founder and managing principal of Sentient Law, Ltd., where they provide guidance to entrepreneurs and businesses in areas such as entity planning and fundraising. Matt is also an adjunct professor at the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. Previously, Matt served as the general counsel for the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat and worked as an attorney at law for their own solo practice. Additionally, they have held various roles, including operations manager at 435 Digital and as counsel and assistant to member-manager at Sweetnam LLC. Matt has also co-founded PayPrior.com and gained experience as a law clerk at Parente & Norem, P.C., and as a file clerk at The Law Offices of Jeff Tomczak, P.C.

Matt R. began their education in 2005, attending DePaul University. Matt studied Political Science and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2009. In 2009, they continued their education at the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law. Matt completed their studies in 2011.
