María Jesús Conde Gómez

María Jesús Conde Gómez has over fifteen years of work experience in the Human Resources field. María Jesús began their career in 2005 as a Recursos Humanos - Selección IT at Entel IT Consulting. In 2007, they moved to Atento as a Headquarter - HR Development & Talent Specialist and HRBP. There, they were responsible for the attraction and selection of international and national vacancies, as well as the implementation of the policy for the selection of directors in the group and the design, leadership, and implementation of the Welcome Program for Directors and Managers. In 2013, they joined Allianz Worldwide Partners as a Senior HR Development & Talent Specialist, with the role of Regional Sur Europa (Italy, Greece, Turkey, Portugal, and Spain). There, they were responsible for the attraction and selection of talent, the evaluation of the performance of the directors of the region and of the employees of Spain, and the 360° evaluation. In 2017, they moved to Fonetic as Head of People. Currently, they are Head of People at Councilbox.

María Jesús Conde Gómez has a varied educational background. María Jesús completed a Senior Management Program in Digital Talent from ESIC Business & Marketing School between 2018 and 2019. María Jesús also obtained a Coaching certification from Escuela Europea de Coaching, a PAPI certification from Cubiks International, and a Thomas Internacional certification from Thomas Internacional. Additionally, they hold a degree in Psicología del Trabajo from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D.
