Alaine Patti-Jelsvik is a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise in appellate practice and procedure. Currently serving as Senior Appellate Counsel at Counsel Press Inc. since August 2016, Alaine provides specialized support in navigating complex appellate rules across various courts. Previous roles include Appellate Counsel at the same company, where assistance was provided to attorneys on all phases of appellate work, and General Counsel at Persolve, LLC, overseeing consumer collection and litigation operations in California and Nevada. Alaine's earlier experience encompasses positions as an Associate handling personal injury and insurance defense cases at notable law firms. Alaine holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Whittier Law School and a BA in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
