Tammy Stephens

Tammy Stephens, IOM, currently serves as the Director of Development and Major Gifts at Counseling & Family Services DBA FamilyCore since December 2021. Previously, Tammy held the position of Executive Director of Operations at St. Mark's Lutheran Church from July 2018 to January 2022 and worked as the Program Director at Morton Chamber of Commerce from March 2012 to June 2018. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Marketing at PARC from February 2011 to March 2012 and Development Director at the American Heart Association from February 2006 to March 2009. Tammy was also the Director of Marketing at McMahon Group, Inc. from December 1998 to February 2005 and Club Manager at Concord Sports Clubs, Inc. from August 1993 to November 1998. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Clayton University, along with certification as a Nonprofit Organization Manager from the US Chamber of Commerce Institute of Organization Management.
