Per Eisenman

Per Eisenman is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling and education. Currently serving as an Open Dialogue facilitator and Supervising Clinician at Counseling Services of Addison County since August 2013 and simultaneously as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Per Eisenman, MS, PLC / Hinesburg Counseling Collaborative since August 2022, Per specializes in family and couples counseling through dialogic practices. Previous roles include President of the Anthroposophical Society's Green Mountain Branch, Upper Grades Teacher at Lake Champlain Waldorf School, Special Education Teacher at Champlain Valley Union High School and Berkeley High School, and founding Secretary/Treasurer of Art Everywhere. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Vermont and International Certification in Dialogic Practice from The Institute for Dialogic Practice.
