Andre Curtain

Andre Curtain has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Andre has recently worked as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Counter Culture Coffee, where they oversee the manufacturing operations. Prior to this, they served as the Eastern Operations Manager and East Coast Operations Supervisor at the same company.

Before joining Counter Culture Coffee, Andre worked at Bay Valley Foods as a Logistics, Continuous Improvement, and Production Supervisor, where they were responsible for supervising logistics, continuous improvement, and production processes.

Earlier in their career, Andre worked at Kellogg Company as an Operations Supervisor. Andre'srole involved developing and implementing strategic plans for safety, food safety, quality, productivity, and cost savings. Andre also had experience in coordinating operations when the Team Leader was not present and making decisions at the point of execution.

Andre's work history also includes a role as a Production Supervisor at Hilex Poly, where they drove cost savings and continuous improvement through inventory control and procurement. Andre led capital procurement projects for equipment installation and training.

Andre began their career at Hallmark Cards as a Section Manager II, where they maintained and improved secondary printing process quality and developed new testing procedures for new products.

Andre Curtain obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology with a specialization in Graphic Communication Systems and Technological Studies from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Andre later pursued a Master's Degree in Project Management at Walden University from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Andre obtained a Green Belt Certification from Lean Sensei International in the year 2017.
