Abdoulaye Barikoye

Abdoulaye BARIKOYE has a strong background in human resources and administration, with experience working in various organizations such as Counterpart International, HANDICAP INTERNATIONAL, Norwegian Refugee Council, USAID, and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
