Frenk Nhamuenda

Frenk Nhamuenda is an experienced professional in project management and food fortification, currently serving as Deputy Chief of Party and Acting Chief of Party at Counterpart International since August 2021. Previously, Nhamuenda worked at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) from 2018 to 2021 as a Project Manager, overseeing projects such as Large Scale Food Fortification and evidence-based initiatives focused on nutritious foods. Early career experience includes roles as Project Associate and Food Technologist at GAIN and Quality Engineer at Parmalat South Africa, where responsibilities included developing quality improvement plans and statistical modeling. Nhamuenda holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Eduardo Mondlane and a specialization in Oil and Gas Engineering from LATEORKE.
