Matthew Calayo

Matthew Calayo is a Software Engineer at Counterpoint Consulting, Inc., since August 2020, where responsibilities include designing proof of concepts with Flowable, Java, and React, and leading the development of a document archiving solution using Appworks Archive Center. Previously, during a summer internship at CCBill, Matthew contributed to the Internal Test Automation team, developing tools for automating account management processes in Java, PHP, and Bash. Additionally, Matthew served as an oceanfront lifeguard for Virginia Beach Lifeguarding Services from 2014 to 2018, emphasizing emergency medical assistance and public communication. As a co-inventor, Matthew contributed to the GameLeash and CamLeash products, which are sold through various retailers. Matthew holds a degree from the University of Virginia, completed in 2020, and graduated with an Advanced Diploma from Frank W. Cox High School.
