Devonna Elmore Wilder

DeVonna Elmore Wilder is an experienced educator specializing in mathematics with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an 8th Grade Math Teacher at Country Club Hills Dist 160 since September 2020, DeVonna has also taught 7th and 8th grade math at Matteson School District 162 from July 2017 to June 2020 and has prior experience as a Mathematics Teacher at CICS Longwood Charter School. DeVonna began their teaching career as a Long-Term Substitute Teacher at Prairie Hills Elementary School District 144 from November 1998 to June 2003, later becoming a certified Elementary School Teacher and teaching grades 1-6 in the same district from August 2003 to June 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from Concordia University-Chicago, a certificate in Elementary Education, and a Bachelor’s degree from Chicago State University.
