Carly Dell'Oso

Carly Dell'Oso is a finance major at Penn State University, with extensive experience in customer service and digital communication. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Operations Extern at ACV Auctions, Carly has successfully conducted interviews with department heads to enhance the customer journey and created a comprehensive customer journey map. In the role of Director of Public Relations for Penn State Women In Business, Carly manages social media accounts, designs merchandise, and oversees team projects. Additional experience includes waitstaff at the Country Club of Buffalo, where Carly demonstrates strong customer service and mentoring skills, and hosting a weekly radio talk show with CommRadio. Carly has also contributed to youth sports as an Assistant Summer Volleyball Camp Coach and has prior retail experience at maurices.
