Lura Savona currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at The Country Club of Darien since March 2023. Prior to this role, Lura held the position of Director of Human Resources at Sleepy Hollow Country Club from May 2021 to March 2023, and worked in People Operations specializing in HR and Payroll at Harvest Restaurant Group from October 2019 to March 2020. Additionally, Lura provided expertise as a Human Resources Consultant at Elite Healthcare Consultants between February 2017 and December 2018, and contributed to Human Resources at All Things Media, LLC from November 2016 to July 2017. Lura graduated with an Associate of Arts degree in Bilingual and Multilingual Education from St. John's University, completing studies between April 1991 and May 1993.
