Dave Elkins

Dave Elkins is an experienced actuary currently serving as Vice President and Chief Actuary of Property/Casualty at COUNTRY Financial® since February 2016. Previously, Dave held the position of Executive Vice President at Kemper from August 2007 to August 2014, where responsibilities included leading the Actuarial & Analytics function and developing rate level indications for various lines of business. Prior roles at Allstate Insurance Company involved serving as Assistant Product Vice President and managing different actuarial positions across several years. Other notable positions include Vice President and Chief Actuary at American Horizon Holdings, Inc., and a foundation of actuarial experience at Allstate Insurance Company. Dave holds a B.S. in Math/Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 1988.
