Jay Jones ALMI, ASRI, ACS is an experienced IT Process Analyst Sr at COUNTRY Financial® since August 2021, focusing on managing and supporting production systems while utilizing industry standards in Service Management and DevOps. Prior to this role, Jay accumulated nearly three decades of experience at State Farm®, serving as a Business Technology Analyst in a mature Agile environment, as well as a System Analyst and Technical Analyst, where responsibilities included gathering business requirements, developing project scopes, and providing technical support across various platforms.
