Kathy Barrington

Kathy Barrington, M.Ed., serves as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at COUNTRY Financial® since April 2020, where responsibilities include consulting on process improvement initiatives, leading cross-functional project teams, and training certification curriculum. Prior roles at COUNTRY Financial from 2012 to 2020 involved talent development, where Kathy designed leadership pipeline programs and managed succession processes. Experience also includes consultation and instructional design for leadership development, along with earlier positions in employee services and blood services management. Kathy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from Eastern Illinois University.
