Mark Jensen

Mark Jensen is a seasoned Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with extensive experience in process improvement across multiple industries. Currently at Gainwell Technologies since October 2022, Mark continues to lead initiatives focused on operational efficiency and process management. Mark previously served as a key member of the Digital Marketing Team at 7-Eleven from February 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities included process documentation and improvement, as well as supporting the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies within the digital landscape. Mark's background also includes significant contributions at Experian, Capital One, and Alcatel-Lucent, emphasizing process documentation, training, and the deployment of Six Sigma programs. Mark holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
