Shelli Opsal

Shelli Opsal, PHR, has over 15 years of experience in human resources, primarily in employee relations and recruitment. Currently serving as a Sr. Employee Relations Specialist at COUNTRY Financial since December 2006, Shelli provides consultation and guidance on employee relations, conducts investigations to resolve complaints, and advises management on performance management and progressive discipline. Previously, Shelli worked as an Employment Coordinator, overseeing all employment and recruitment activities. Shelli's earlier experience includes a role as a Sr. HR Generalist at Electrolux Floor Care & Small Appliances from 1998 to 2006, where responsibilities included managing candidate recruitment, assessments, and new hire orientations. Shelli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Human Resources from Illinois State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
