Shpetim Berdyna

Shpetim Berdyna is a Cloud Engineer at COUNTRY Financial® since May 2022, focusing on monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing Azure resources and applications, as well as designing and deploying web apps and managing containerized applications. Prior experience includes serving as a Cloud Engineer Intern, where custom dashboards were developed and CI/CD automation was created using Gitlab, as well as working at Kennesaw State University in the IT Service Desk responding to technical support requests. Additional roles include Computer Hardware Technician at Pulse Electronics, responsible for installing and maintaining computer systems, and Information Technology Intern at Hotel Dukagjini, providing support for various IT systems. Shpetim Berdyna holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University, completed in May 2023.
