Erica Strickland

Erica Strickland is currently a Lead Web Facilitator at Country Fried Creative. Erica has been with Country Fried Creative since January of 2017 and has been a contract graphic designer since August of 2017. Prior to their work with Country Fried Creative, Erica worked as a marketing assistant for Catholic Charities Atlanta from June 2012 to April 2016. As the graphic designer and social media manager for CCA, Erica was responsible for the design and creation of all agency publications, marketing collateral, annual reports, logos, advertisements, and all social media initiatives. Under their direction, FY2014 was the most successful year ever for CCA with an 11% increase in fundraising over FY2013. Erica strategically planned all advertising efforts for the agency and worked with agency staff to collect, store, distribute, and secure content for marketing pieces and projects. Erica also managed website content via Wordpress and created monthly e-newsletters via Constant Contact. In addition, Erica boosted awareness for CCA via Facebook and increased “Likes” by 15% from FY2014 to FY2015. Erica also expanded Twitter followers by 38% for CCA from FY2014 to FY2015 and shared information on Linkedin for CCA, raising awareness by 51% from FY2014 to FY2015. In May 2015, Erica started an Instagram account for CCA that had 165 followers when they left. Erica actively worked to recruit and hire co-workers by posting job openings, collecting and sorting through viable resumes to share with their manager and helped prepare for

Erica Strickland has a Master of Arts in Speech from Oklahoma State University, a Certification in Graphic Design for Print from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Theatre from Georgia College & State University. Erica also has a College Prep diploma from Forest Park High School.
