Jeff Zhai

Jeff Zhai is currently serving as the VP & CHRO in the Agri Business division of Country Garden Group. Prior to this, Jeff held the position of Head of Human Resources in China for COFCO International, and Head of Human Resources in China for Noble Group. Jeff also has experience as China HR Manager/Director at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Senior HR Consultant at PwC, HR Supervisor at Walmart, and HR Specialist at Danone. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Trade & Economics from Tianjin University of Commerce China and an EMBA from China Europe International Business School.
