Georg Holz

Georg Holz is an experienced leader in the food service industry, currently serving as the Director of Dining Services at Country Meadows Retirement Communities since March 2021. Prior roles include Food Service Manager at Sodexo from March 2016 to May 2020 and District Manager for Metz Culinary Management from January 2006 to October 2015, where responsibilities included managing multi-unit accounts in corporate dining and educational institutions with considerable sales volume. Earlier career experience at Rare Hospitality involved positions as Managing Partner and General Manager from March 1994 to December 2006. Georg Holz holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mercy University and a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Restaurant Institutional Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
