Jill Berry has over two decades of experience in the senior living industry. Jill most recently served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Country Meadows Retirement Communities since August 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at Sunrise Senior Living from 2010 to 2021. In this role, they coached and developed sales leadership teams, utilized business intelligence tools for market strategy, and oversaw portfolio growth across multiple regions. Before joining Sunrise Senior Living, Jill worked at Brookdale as the Sr. Regional Sales and Marketing Director, where they led sales and marketing activities for 33 business units. Jill also had various roles at Sunrise Senior Living from 1999 to 2008, including Area Sales Manager and Director of Community Relations. In these positions, Jill coordinated multiple business units, aligned professional outreach strategies, and implemented marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and meet consumer demands.
Jill Berry has a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Jill also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General from East Carolina University.
