Emily Schleh

Emily Schleh is an experienced community impact manager currently serving at the Country Music Association (CMA) since April 2023, overseeing philanthropic investments aimed at enhancing equity and access to music education for children and youth. Prior to this role, Emily worked as the International Program Manager at International Samaritan from August 2018 to April 2023, managing Positive Youth Development programs across five nations and facilitating scholarship initiatives for youth in challenging circumstances. Earlier experience includes positions with the Peace Corps and educational institutions, where Emily focused on youth development, mentorship, and program coordination. Academically, Emily holds a Master of Arts in Global Youth Development from the University of Montana and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marietta College.
