Mia O'Guinn McNeal

Mia O'Guinn McNeal has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mia is currently working as the Sr. Director of Industry Relations and Inclusion at the Country Music Association (CMA) since June 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior DEI Consultant at people3, Inc. starting from May 2019.

Before joining people3, Inc., Mia served as the CEO of Goal Digging - The Ceteris Consulting Group, starting from February 2017, where they provided guidance, support, and accountability to small and diverse businesses through coaching and consulting. Mia also assisted owners with sales, marketing, management, team building, and strategic planning. Additionally, they developed and facilitated workshops to enhance company capacity.

From 2016 to 2017, Mia held the position of President and CEO at the Southern Region Minority Supplier Development Council. During their tenure, they worked closely with the Board to execute strategies and action plans, organized successful conferences and seminars, and conducted training sessions. Mia also served as the Vice President of the Council from 2014 to 2016, supporting the President in various areas of management and overseeing program activities.

Mia's previous experiences include being the President of the Arkansas Mississippi Minority Supplier Development Council from 2010 to 2014, a Commercial Broker at Keller Williams from 2009 to 2010, and a Business Development Manager at the American Taekwondo Association from 2003 to 2008.

Mia also worked as a Lancome Business Manager at Dillards from 2002 to 2003, an Account Executive at Arkansas Business Publishing Group from 2001 to 2002, and a Business Sales Representative at Alltel from 1996 to 2001. In these roles, they demonstrated skills in sales, marketing, training, and customer service.
