Sydney Gilbert is an experienced professional in the arts and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as the Director of Creative Project Management at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum since August 2021. Sydney has held various roles within the organization, including Associate Director and Creative Project Manager. Additionally, Sydney has been a self-employed Production and Administration Consultant since August 2017, specializing in development and management for nonprofits and performing arts. Previous positions include Development Manager at Queens Museum and Managing Director at the Center for Performance Research. Sydney's early career included roles at The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, Matthew Brannon/Sparrow Design, and Ewing Gallery of Art and Architecture. Sydney holds a Master’s degree in Art History from Hunter College and a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
