Rob Pavlis has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles. Rob started their career as a Sales Representative at Joseph Mullarkey Distributors, where they successfully sold various products and maintained customer relationships. Rob then joined Quaker Oats Beverage Company, initially as an Education Specialist, managing sales representatives and training brokers and distributors. Rob also served as a Territory Manager, achieving and exceeding sales objectives in away from home channels. Rob later worked at PepsiCo as an Operator Territory Manager, where they developed and managed sales goals for institutional accounts and sold various products. At Campbell Soup Company, they held roles including Regional Account Executive and Regional Chain Manager, building professional customer relationships, generating new product sales, and managing high volume foodservice customers. Prior to their current position, Rob was a Regional Sales Manager at The J.M. Smucker Company, where they turned around underperforming markets, coached and motivated foodservice brokers, and secured and increased sales in various segments. Since 2015, Rob has been working as a Regional Sales Manager at Country Pure Foods.
Rob Pavlis completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications at Western Illinois University, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. Rob later pursued their Masters in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix, graduating from 2004 to 2006.
