Lucy Cavallaro

Lucy Cavallaro is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Finance at Country Road Group since January 2025. Prior to this, Lucy held the position of Finance Director, Global at Who Gives A Crap and served as Senior Commercial Manager at Stryker. Lucy's diverse background in finance includes significant roles at Coca-Cola Amatil, where various titles were held from Senior Finance Analyst to Head of Finance. Additionally, Lucy has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder and Tutor of a home tuition and music school from 2011 to 2020, and worked at Cavallaro & Co. Chartered Accountants in an office assistant capacity. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from AGSM at UNSW Business School, a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney, and Chartered Accountant status with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Involvement in academic societies includes serving as President of Beta Alpha Psi at UTS, representing Australia internationally, and prior curriculum contributions as a Speech and Drama teacher at MLC School Sydney.
