Tim Bates

Tim and his wife, Lynette, have been married for 40 years and have four adult children and nine grandchildren. With 40+ years of dairy experience, he owns and operates an 80-cow dairy farm, raises replacement heifers, finishes out Holstein steers, and does some cash cropping. He was involved with the Farm Operation program through Chippewa Valley Technical College for 20 years. His approach to board management is centered on his belief that it is vital to protect the cooperative’s supply chain while providing the best products and services to members. He is focused on protecting patron equity and revolving their equity in a timely manner, and driven to help lead the cooperative today and well into the future.
