Adam Warner

Head Age Group Coach-swimming at COUNTRYSIDE YMCA

Adam Warner has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Adam started working at Norwalk City Schools in 2010 as a Substitute Teacher/Varsity Coach, where they taught middle school and high school students and followed lesson plans. In 2013, they joined the United States Army as a Battalion Chemical Officer and later became a Company Executive Officer, responsible for organizing training and providing logistical support to over 1000 soldiers. In 2017, they became a Logistics Project Manager at Plastipak, overseeing three warehouses and managing the loading and shipment of finished products. Currently, they are the Head Age Group Coach-Swimming at Countryside YMCA.

Adam Warner began their education at Bowling Green State University from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in History and a minor in Film Studies. Adam then attended Ashland University from 2010 to 2013, obtaining a Graduate Teaching License in Social Studies 7-12 with a focus on education and social studies. Additionally, in February 2014, Adam obtained several certifications in Hazmat Operations, Hazmat Technician, Operational Radiological Safety, and Toxic Agent Training from the United States Army and the United States Department of Defense.
