Jim German has extensive experience in competitive swimming coaching and management, currently serving as a Competitive Swimming Coach at Ralph J. Stolle Countryside YMCA since September 2004. In this role, Jim emphasizes skill development, team-building, and inspiration for youth swimmers at a national level. Additionally, Jim has acted as the Branch Director for Countryside YMCA | Landen, overseeing membership operations and program activities. Previous coaching roles include Co-Head Swim Coach for boys' and girls' high school and junior high school teams at Little Miami Local Schools. Jim's corporate background includes various positions at Kellogg Company, such as Sales Manager and National Account Executive, where responsibilities focused on sales planning and account management within the grocery sector. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with degrees in Industrial Management and Marketing from The University of Akron.

The mission of Countryside YMCA is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Countryside YMCA is the single largest YMCA facility in the USA. We offer over 600 programs for each of our 5-week sessions. Our facility has many amenities including 3 gymnasiums, 8 pools, indoor soccer arena, climbing wall, racquetball courts, outdoor tennis courts, senior center, teen center, preteen center, etc...
