Kirsten ten Brink has extensive experience in human resources and leasing. Kirsten worked as a Human Resources Director at Countryside YMCA, where they oversaw various aspects of HR, including organizational development, training, compliance, employee relations, and compensation and benefits administration. Kirsten also designed and implemented programs for attracting, onboarding, training, developing, retaining, rewarding, and motivating staff. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Youthland Academy. Kirsten also has experience in commercial retail and office leasing and sales from their time at The Wilton Companies, Goodman Segar Hogan Hoffler, and Read Commercial Properties.
Kirsten ten Brink attended the University of Richmond from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Kirsten'smajor fields of study were Political Science and German.

Countryside YMCA is the single largest YMCA facility in the USA. We offer over 600 programs for each of our 5-week sessions. Our facility has many amenities including 3 gymnasiums, 8 pools, indoor soccer arena, climbing wall, racquetball courts, outdoor tennis courts, senior center, teen center, preteen center, etc...
