Paul Wareham is the current Managing Director of Business to Business at Countrywide. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Field Operations and Managing Director at Countrywide Surveying Services. Paul has also worked as a Senior Manager for Commercial Development at Colleys - Property Experts.

Paul has extensive experience in the surveying and conveyancing industry, and has played a pivotal role in the growth and development of Countrywide. Paul is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful business strategies. Paul is passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring that Countrywide remains at the forefront of the industry.

Paul Wareham completed a Diploma in Management Studies and holds certification from the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Their manager is Paul Creffield, Group Managing Director. They work with Himanshu Raja - Group Chief Financial Officer, Dan Thompson - Group HR Director, and Paul Chapman - Chief Operating Officer.
