At Countus I advise a wide range of employers, especially SMEs. My interest lies mainly in the intersection of employment and corporate law. How do labor and capital come together? These 2 facets must always be in balance with each other. Is there an imbalance somewhere? Then that has consequences for the other side. For example, is there too little capital? Then you may need to reorganize.
I advise organizations on dismissal procedures and the hiring of personnel. I draft and review employment contracts. I advise organizations about their personnel when they sell the company, about dormant employment and applying for compensation, when establishing companies and the agreements that go with it. I also advise on dismissal procedures of statutory directors, I draw up rental agreements and I give collection advice.
