Erica Resnick

Erica Resnick currently serves as a Student Success Coach at County College of Morris since August 2025. Prior to this role, Erica held several key positions at Amazon from July 2022 to February 2025, including Head of Global Operation Learning and Development and Director of Talent Development. Erica's extensive experience at Mars from December 2013 to June 2022 included roles such as Global Head of Learning and HR Director for various functions. Earlier positions at Mars Chocolate North America involved HR leadership in talent management and effectiveness. Erica also contributed to HR project management and performance management at Avaya from August 2004 to April 2009 and was involved in leadership development at AT&T from June 1999 to August 2004. Erica earned a BA in Psychology/Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1999.
