Michelle Hurdle

Michelle Hurdle, MBA, MS, currently serves as a Student Success Coach at Dallas College, beginning in August 2025. Prior experience includes various roles at UNT Dallas from 2011 to 2025, such as Assistant Director of Transfer Admissions and Academic and Career Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed advising on educational opportunities and managing post-baccalaureate degree needs. Earlier positions at Mary Baldwin University involved directing early college admissions and counseling prospective students, alongside initial teaching roles at the Archdiocese of Baltimore, focusing on diverse educational needs. Michelle holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of North Texas at Dallas and a Master's in Higher Education Administration from East Texas A&M University, supplemented by a BA in History and Leadership Studies from Mary Baldwin University.
