Jennifer Vahalik

Jennifer Vahalik serves as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor for the Culinary & Hospitality Arts Institute of NJ at the County College of Morris since July 2023. From February 2013, Jennifer has been the Owner and Director of Products Research Technologies at U&I Collaboration LLC. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Manager at The Understanding and Insight Group LLC from May 2007 to February 2013, and as a Sensory Scientist at Nabisco from 1997 to 2000. Early in Jennifer's career, a role as a Research Associate at Texas A&M University occurred from December 1995 to July 1997. Jennifer holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Texas A&M University, obtained between 1988 and 1995, and a Certificate in Culinary Arts from the County College of Morris earned in 2007-2008.
