Amber Pond is an experienced professional currently serving as the Youth Pastor and Worship Leader at New Beginning Church since August 2010. Additionally, Amber has been employed at County National Bank since May 2014 as both a Mortgage Loan Processor, responsible for preparing loan documents and supporting underwriters, and as a Customer Service Representative, managing customer disputes and compliance. Earlier experience includes an internship in Human Resources at Braathe Enterprises in 2016, where responsibilities included utilizing HRIS programs and conducting interviews. Amber holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and an Associate's Degree in the same field, both from Baker College, and completed secondary education at Camden-Frontier High School.
