Dan McPhillips is an elected official currently serving as the Bucks County Recorder of Deeds since April 2016, where responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy and continuity of property and land records. Previously, as an Inheritance Tax Agent with the County of Bucks, Dan managed the reconciliation and reporting of significant inheritance tax collections, averaging $55 million annually. Dan also served as a Township Supervisor for Warminster Township from March 2012 to January 2020, overseeing a municipal budget of over $24 million and managing a team of more than 70 staff members. Dan's experience in retail includes a role as Department Manager at The Home Depot, where management of a $7 million budget was essential. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from La Salle University and an Associate's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Bucks County Community College.
