Barrett Chappell

Barrett Chappell has extensive experience in the financial and legal sectors, currently serving as the Circuit Court Clerk for the County of Dinwiddie since January 2008, where responsibilities include managing court records, land records, marriage licenses, judgments, and estate records, with many documents available for public inspection. Prior to this role, Barrett worked as a Staff Accountant at Markel International from April to November 2007 and as a Field Cost Accountant at Earth Tech from September 2005 to April 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech, obtained between 2000 and 2004, and a high school diploma from Dinwiddie High School, graduated in 2000.
