Cierra Michelle Gravely

Cierra Michelle Gravely serves as the Youth Workforce Development Manager for the County of Dinwiddie since March 2014, where responsibilities include developing recognized Youth Workforce Development Program Initiatives and establishing partnerships for workforce transitions. Previous experience includes serving as Program Director for HONEY 2012, Inc., overseeing program effectiveness and curriculum development, and working as a Recreation Specialist at the County of Dinwiddie Parks and Recreation, managing recreational programs and events. Additional roles include administrative support at Virginia State University and site supervision for the City of Petersburg's Parks and Leisure Services. Cierra holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Capella University and a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Virginia State University.
