Bruce Hilborn C.e.t., Crs

Bruce Hilborn, C.E.T., CRS, currently serves as the Manager of Operations & Fleet for the County of Dufferin since April 2022, having previously held the position of Assistant Manager, Public Works. Prior experience includes serving as Roads Supervisor and Civil Engineering Technologist at the Region of Waterloo from August 2017 to April 2022, and working as a Transportation Technician for the Ontario Ministry of Transportation between May 2016 and August 2017. Bruce Hilborn is also a member of the Graduating Class of 2020 from Leadership Waterloo Region. Educationally, Bruce Hilborn attended Conestoga College, where coursework was completed from 2013 to 2016, following studies from 2009 to 2011.
