Ana Española

Ana Española currently serves as the Sustainability Coordinator for the County of Kauaʻi since August 2021. Prior to this role, Ana held various planning positions at the City of Pasadena from June 2016 to February 2021, contributing to the update of multiple Specific Plans and developing the city’s first qualified Climate Action Plan. Additional experience includes work as a Planning Analyst at Tierra West Advisors, a Student Professional Worker with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning, and positions involving community-based research and legislative analysis in the Philippines. Ana holds a simultaneous Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture and Gender & Women Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
