Pam Sullivan is an experienced educator and talent partner with a robust background in technical recruitment and business development. Currently serving as an Educator for Kern County since August 2023, Sullivan previously held the role of Senior Talent Partner at The DORIAN Group, focusing on hiring for technology positions. At QualityWorks Consulting Group, LLC, from November 2020 to December 2023, Sullivan contributed as a Senior Talent Partner and Business Development Manager, supporting a top-rated software consulting firm.
