Carolyn Purdy has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in administrative and operational roles. Currently serving as an Administrative Analyst, Assistant Clerk to the Board, and Accounting Clerk for the County of Lake since January 2014, Carolyn has developed strong analytical and organizational skills. Prior to this, positions included Assistant Manager at Goodwill Industries of San Joaquin Valley, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing production and retail operations, and Administrative Assistant at FUTURE STARS 2000'S, INC, focusing on coordination of daily operations and grant writing. Earlier work experience includes Operations Supervisor at E-LOAN Online Banking, overseeing a substantial team within a banking call center, and Manager/Owner of Slot Car Warehouse, where leadership led to increased revenue.

The County of Lake provides a variety of services to Lake County residents and visitors, including public protection, health and sanitation, public assistance, libraries, agricultural assistance, parks, recreational and cultural activities, elections, planning, behavioral health services, and infrastructure. Many of the the County's services are provided Countywide, while others are provided only to the residents of the unincorporated areas.
