Hannah Reyes, MPH, currently serves as a Public Health Epidemiologist at the County of Lake since September 2024. Previously, Reyes worked as an English Second Language Teacher at MAXIMO NIVEL from March to August 2024, where engaging lesson plans were developed for diverse learners. Experience includes roles as an Analytics Coordinator at Health Services Advisory Group, Clinical Research Coordinator at The Ohio State University, Research Associate at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego, and as a Research Assistant at The Geneva Foundation. Additionally, contributions to patient education and engagement were made as a Patient Engagement Specialist and Eligibility Specialist at Family Health Centers of San Diego. Education includes a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in General Biology with a minor in Global Health from UC San Diego.

The County of Lake provides a variety of services to Lake County residents and visitors, including public protection, health and sanitation, public assistance, libraries, agricultural assistance, parks, recreational and cultural activities, elections, planning, behavioral health services, and infrastructure. Many of the the County's services are provided Countywide, while others are provided only to the residents of the unincorporated areas.
